390 North/ Rochester and the NYS Thruway/Exit 46:
South on 390 to Exit 9 (Lakeville),
Left off exit onto Rt. 15A South; Take first right onto Tripphammer
Rd. Take Tripphammer Rd. to end,
Left onto Rt. 39 South, Take second right, Roots Tavern Rd., Paduka
